Responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance Leading and assisting with small group interventions Supporting pupils with general classroom learning and targeted intervention work Supervising pupils during break times and in the lunch hall Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive environmentThe Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Has proven experience working within a UK primary school setting Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills Is flexible, proactive, and able to ..... full job details .....
