The purpose of this role is to provide day to day HR comprehensive coordination and administration support to the organisation, in line with policy and procedures. Location: Nottingham Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: 27,239 FTE Contract type: Permanent Main duties and responsibilities Support the HR Officer and Head of HR in developing and maintaining all administrative systems within the HR FunctionEnsure employee documentation is accurately updated in Cascade, Electronic Staff Files, and any other relevant databasesRespond to external and internal enquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional mannerManage and respond to enquiries in the HR shared mailboxSupport Managers with taking minutes at meetings with employeesAssist in the production of specific HR reports e.g., Sickness absence, staff turnover and workforce demographics, quarterly commissioner reportsAssist with policy reviews and amendments ensuring that the Policy and Governance Tracker is kept up to datePerson SpecificationCIPD qualified or working towardsExperience of carrying out HR administration including processing sickness and leave recordsAbility to carry out recruitment and induction administrationExperience of working with confidential information in line with Data Protection and GDPR regulationsUpholding and promoting inclusion, equality and diversity in all areas of practice ..... full job details .....
