Part time Marketing Manager Our client in the food and snack industry is experiencing significant growth and are looking for a part time Marketing Manager to support the strategy across local stores and national campaigns. You will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives.Start date: Monday 18th May 2026Duration: Ongoing temp position / potential permHours: Tues/Weds/Thurs (9am to 5pm)Working pattern: Tues and Thurs office based and Weds WFHPay rate: 21.98phIndustry: Food and SnackDuties:Lead all digital marketing efforts, including paid social, search, display and email marketing campaignsOversee email marketing strategyOptimise customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)Implement data-driven growth strategies and conversion rate optimisation initiativesMonitor performance, adjust campaigns and promotions, and implement strategies to improve ROI.Collaborate with Business Development, Data, and NPD teams to segment stores and tailor marketing plans per store profilePlan and manage seasonal and promotional campaigns that deliver measurable results at both local and national levelsCoordinate marketing launches across all channels, including in-store, digital, and PRMonitor performance and iterate quickly to maximise ROIWork closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure marketing activity is aligned with capacity and profitabilityManage external agencies and suppliers ..... full job details .....
