Operating across Yorkshire and Humberside, our client delivers high quality infrastructure and water sector projects for private developers, local authorities, water companies, an major blue-chip clients. Due to ongoing growth within their Yorkshire Water Framework, they are seeking a Principal / Senior Civil Engineer to join their integrated engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate civil and drainage design activities in line with client specifications and industry standards.Produce design solutions across all project stages, including drawings, specifications, reports, calculations, and cost estimates.Attend client meetings, contribute to technical discussions, and check design work produced by peers.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure fully integrated and accurate design outputs.Support programming, commercial management, and project audits.Keep up to date with the latest industry technologies and attend engineering expos where required.Provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and apprentices.Assist in resolving technical issues and maintaining strong client relationships.Promote excellent Health and Safety practices and lead by example across office and site environments.Ensure design work aligns with ISO 9001, ISO 19650, and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management ..... full job details .....
