The RoleDue to the development and expansion of the firm’s Healthcare Regulatory Team, the firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing Team dealing with a range of regulatory cases including inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Regulatory with exposure to advocacy. There is a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution; the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The Candidate
A qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE
Experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters
Previous exposure to advocacy is essential
Must be able to handle a caseload from straightforward to complex matters
Must have a solid understanding of the healthcare regulatory market
Strong technical and organisational skills
A pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of cases
An ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues
