In this critical role, you will manage the entire customer journey, from initial service orders through network provisioning, installation coordination, and service activation, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, including high-speed fibre connections, while maintaining exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end service provisioning from initial customer request through live service activation. Conduct detailed address validation and location-specific service availability. Coordinate installations with internal technical team and external contractors.
