The Opportunity As Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating day-to-day production activities, ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive performance, develop your team and contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of site operations. The Role Lead and coordinate daily production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with COMAH and site standards Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Participate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments and incident investigations Ensure full compliance with Permit to Work and controlled operations systems Provide leadership, coaching and development to production team members Collaborate with engineering, EHS and wider teams to resolve operational issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability Support the introduction and development of new operational areas ..... full job details .....
