A growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across London and the surrounding areas.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client
relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple construction projects
• Managing site teams and ensuring programme delivery
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within main contracting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
