You''ll be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of existing Mac and Windows environments, ensuring seamless IT service delivery across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd line support to end users across both sites.Manage and resolve escalated support tickets.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows 11 and macOS.Administer and support Office 365 applications and services.Perform patching and system updates.Fix and maintain IT infrastructure and end-user devices.Participate in weekend work as required to support operational needs.About YouMinimum of 2 years'' experience in a support role.Experience with Windows 11Familiarity with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Willing to work full-time on site across two West London locations.Flexible to support occasional weekend work.
