This firm does a low volume of work and works on behalf of repeat clients and client referrals. In the team of 9, there are 3 conveyancers, 3 paralegals and 3 assistants, with post-completion and new business being dealt with separately. So fee earners are incredibly well supported here. They need a strong residential property lawyer to take on a full-time position and play a key role in the department. You will have an even smaller caseload than the other 3 conveyancers and deal with a caseload of more complex matters. Naturally slotting into something of a 2nd in command position in the department.Key requirements of the role:Handling a full and varied caseload of complex conveyancing matters efficiently and independently, and taking all cases from instruction through to completion.You will be a senior fee earner in this business and they want someone ready to progress in this key growth stage for the firm.To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced conveyancer.
