The role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, both in the classroom and in small group or 1:1 settings.

• Helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

• Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to ensure every child receives the best support.

We''re looking for someone who:

• Is caring, patient, and committed to supporting children with additional needs.

• Can bring energy, positivity, and resilience to the role.

• Is eager to learn and develop within a nurturing environment.

• Has experience working with children (experience with SEN is desirable but not essential - training will beprovided).

• Can commute to Crawley
