• Utilize your exceptional property-related skills to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Property Managers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance works, from generating purchase orders to ensuring timely completion and record-keeping.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, fostering a positive and responsive customer experience.
• Maintain meticulous records, update client reports, and liaise with contractors to ensure seamless operations.
• Demonstrate your adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Showcase a strong customer service mindset, with the interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
