This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of industrial disease and claimant personal injury matters, working as part of a well-established litigation team.You will take responsibility for progressing claims through the litigation process, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, with regular client contact and exposure to complex cases.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of claimant personal injury and industrial disease filesProgress claims from pre-action stage through to resolution or trialDraft legal documents and correspondenceLiaise with counsel, medical experts and other professionalsPrepare trial bundles and assist with hearing preparationAttend hearings where appropriateSupport settlement discussions and ADR processesAssist in the supervision and development of trainees and paralegalsContribute to team knowledge sharing and best practice initiativesAbout YouQualified Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 1+ year PQEExperience running your own claimant PI caseloadExposure to multi-track personal injury litigation is beneficialIndustrial disease experience would be advantageous but is not essentialStrong organisational skills and a client-focused approachWhat''s on Offer?Competitive salary packageFlexible and hybrid working ..... full job details .....
