Scout Recruiting is working in partnership with their Peterborough client to recruit for a Learning and Development Manager. The purpose of the role is to Lead the development and delivery of learning, development, and organisational development (OD) strategies to support staff capability, leadership, and engagement across the business. This is a full time permanent position working a 37 hour week and is OFFICE BASED. The starting salary is 45,500 with additional non salaried benefits. You will be expected to travel to other company sites in the area. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a group-wide LandD strategy and training budget. Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes. Oversee staff induction, mandatory training, and CPD. Manage external training providers and ensure value for money. Implement and maintain digital learning platforms. Lead staff engagement surveys and support action planning. Drive cultural change, talent management, and succession planning. Support organisational transformation and change management. Provide data and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Act as lead for employee development aligned with regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Knowledge Strategic thinking and project management. Strong communication and influencing skills. Experience in LandD/OD design and delivery. Understanding of Health and Safety, and EDI principles.
