Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to order using fresh dough and seasonal toppingsOperate and maintain a wood-fired or stone pizza ovenEnsure high standards of food hygiene and safety are upheld at all timesManage stock levels, prep ingredients, and minimise wasteCollaborate with the team to develop new pizza specials and seasonal offeringsProvide excellent customer service during busy service periodsMaintain cleanliness and organisation in a compact kitchen space

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen or food truckConfident working independently and managing a small kitchen setupStrong understanding of dough preparation, fermentation, and pizza oven operationPassionate about fresh, local ingredients and creative flavour combinationsReliable, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to changing service locations and conditionsValid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
