On behalf of our client, Vibe Recruit is seeking a detail-focused AP Finance Administrator to support key Finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Employee Expenses. The role is essential in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP)Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring correct matching with purchase orders and delivery confirmationsMaintain the AP ledger and complete monthly supplier statement reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve invoice-related queries with internal teams and suppliersPrepare scheduled payment runs and ensure timely settlement of supplier balancesCarry out ad hoc payment runs when neededAssist with month-end accruals and preparation of audit documentationAccounts Receivable (AR)Produce and issue customer invoices in line with agreed termsMonitor aged debt and follow up on outstanding paymentsMaintain up-to-date customer records and credit control notesWork with commercial colleagues to resolve billing discrepanciesSupport cash allocation and bank reconciliation processesEmployee ExpensesReview and process employee expense claims in accordance with policyEnsure correct VAT treatment and coding of expensesProvide support to ..... full job details .....
