The company provides MandE services to a wide range of clients and businesses across a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Defence and MOJ. These projects are typically valued up to 10M. As one of the management team you will be responsible to lead and oversee the projects from pre-construction to completion ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Mechanical Contract Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Oversee and lead the preparation and execution of the mechanical element of large-scale commercial projects running simultaneously. Co-ordinate with project management teams, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Provide leadership to Mechanical Project Manager and Mechanical Engineers.
