Payroll Coordinator
Payroll Coordinator Location: Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds Salary: £30,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday Benefits: 21 days holiday + 8 statutory bank holidays (increasing with service up to 30), company pension, casual dress code, on-site parking, additional pay in busy periods. Our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position would suit a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and experience processing weekly payrolls in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll and will work closely with HR and other internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Processing a full end-to-end weekly payroll for temporary staff Monitoring and responding to payroll and HR related queries Collating daily working hours and ensuring accuracy Cross checking hours using internal systems Using Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts Processing SSP, SMP, SPP, holiday pay, expenses, deductions, pensions and P45s Setting up new starters on payroll systems Uploading payroll data into accounts systems Completing payroll year end procedures Processing employee expenses Supporting HR administration Maintaining accurate internal records and spreadsheets About you: Previous experience processing payroll Excellent numeracy skills with strong attention ..... full job details .....
