My client, a marketing leading Building Services Engineering Consultancy, is searching for an Building Services Technician to join their team in Horsham.  

You will be trained by an experienced team and have the chance to attend college and University to develop academic qualifications in Building Services.  This opportunity is perfect for a school leaver who is keen to find a role in Building Services.  

Applicants are required to be ambitious individuals who have a T-Level or BTech or HNC in Building Services and ideally have experience using AutoCAD for building services designs.

You are required to live locally as you will be required to work from the office 4 days a week and one day you will attend a college or University course.  

A valid driving licence is also beneficial to drive to the office and occasionally to sites across the region.

As a Building Services Technician, you will join an experienced Building Services team based in Horsham.  You will be trained by an experienced team to complete building services designs using Revit and AutoCAD for residential and commercial developments across the region.

You will be trained to complete;

-Electrical cabling, lighting and socket designs using Dialux and Revit.  

-HVAC, heating and cooling systems for mixed-use developments.   

-Public health design.
