Academics are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant on behalf of an oversubscribed school based in Watford. You must have experience working with pupils with SEND needs especially autism.If you are seeking a role to development, your own skills and work alongside supportive staff then this may well be the ideal role for you.Your role as a 1:1 Learning support assistant will consist of working closely with students with autism within the school early years department. You must be supportive and willing to work alone.
