You’ll support our designated “competent person” and work closely with the Building Safety Manager, Fire Safety Project Manager, and Fire Safety Officers to ensure our buildings meet all legal fire safety requirements. Your work will directly contribute to safer homes and communities by driving continuous improvement and raising fire safety awareness across our organisation.What You’ll Be Doing

Planning and delivering fire safety projects with clear performance targetsEnsuring all projects meet bpha’s standards for cost, time, and qualityRecommending protective and preventative fire safety measuresAdvising colleagues, contractors, and partners on fire safety legislation and best practicePromoting fire safety awareness among residents and recommending risk-reduction strategiesCollaborating across teams to support fire safety across all bpha buildingsWe’re Looking for Someone Who

Has strong experience in fire safety enforcement or fire risk assessment, especially in housingUnderstands fire safety legislation, codes of practice, and guidanceHas experience managing contracts and understanding construction health and safetyHolds a recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualificationWhat’s in It for You?
