Recruitment Consultant

Location: The Mumbles, Swansea
Salary: -25-27,000 Dependant on experience

Day-to-day you will:

• Source and profile candidates for specialist roles
• Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent
• Build relationships with clients and support them with their recruitment needs
• Negotiate fees and manage the offer process (full training given)
• Work towards achievable targets with strong team support

What you''ll bring:

• Previous office-based sales or target-driven experience
• Confident and professional phone manner (this is a phone-based role)
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive, results-focused approach
