As the dedicated charity of Great Ormond Street Hospital, one of the world''s leading paediatric centres, we fund pioneering research, cutting-edge equipment, and vital support for patients, families and staff. This is a pivotal moment for GOSH Charity. Following a year of record fundraising, we are launching a new five-year strategy and delivering some of the most ambitious projects in our history, including a new Children''s Cancer Centre and a landmark £300 million public appeal. We are now seeking an exceptional Director of People and Culture to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping the future of the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Executive, and working closely with the Board, CEO and senior leaders, you will influence strategy at the highest level, lead organisational transformation, and ensure GOSH Charity remains an employer of choice within the charity and not-for-profit sector.
