DCS Recruitment currently seek an experienced data cabling engineer based in Farnborough to assist with installation and testing on various sites on behalf of a national structured cabling contractor.

You must hold a DBS certificate to be considered for this contract.

Duration: Ongoing

8 hour day shifts. Travel to various sites provided from base in Farnborough.

This contract will be assisting with the installation of CAT6 structured cabling and additional data points, as well as the testing of terminations, within various educational environments.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card or CSCS
• Have a DBS certificate of any level e.g. basic dbs, standard dbs, or enhanced dbs
• Have a minimum of 2 years comms industry experience
• Be able to provide relevant work references and proof of right to work in the UK (ID) prior to start
• Have their own PPE and hand tools including termination kit and drill(s)
