Our client is a highly regarded Main Tier Contractor. This is a freelance contract role expected to last 12-18 months. Major Infrastructure project handover/closeout experience working for a construction main contractor is ESSENTIAL.We''re looking for a dedicated professional to oversee all quality assurance activities for a complex development that includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood defenses, utility connections (electricity, gas, communications, water), and extensive new parklands.Key Responsibilities: Lead Quality Assurance: Drive all quality assurance efforts across the project.Develop and Implement Quality Plans: Create, review, and refine the project''s Quality Plan, ensuring it meets all requirements.Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for all client-related quality matters.Establish Standards: Set Project Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Implement Quality Control: Design and manage the project''s quality control system, including handover procedures.Documentation Management: Maintain and update all project management system documentation.Advisory Role: Guide the creation of other critical project documents like the Environmental, Health and Safety, Cost, and Risk Management Plans.Supplier Audits: Conduct quality system audits for all suppliers, including design ..... full job details .....
