Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? The Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support the learning and development of students aged 11–16, including those with additional educational needs. Your role will involve:

• Supporting students in and out of the classroom to access the curriculum

• Delivering targeted interventions under the guidance of teaching staff

• Assisting with lesson preparation and differentiated resources

• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment

• Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with relevant experience in a school setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning

• A genuine passion for working with secondary-aged students

• Knowledge of safeguarding and a commitment to promoting student welfare
