Headquartered in Oxfordshire, the company offers a range of services including investment management, financial planning, tax advice, and employee benefits. We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to embed and maintain an effective company wide risk management framework. Key Responsibilities Lead a full review and update of the Risk Management Framework, including documentation, processes, and policies. Implement the findings and recommendations from an independent third-party risk assessment. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and analyze potential threats to operational and financial stability. Maintain and update the Risk Register to reflect accurate taxonomy, scoring, ownership, and control effectiveness. Develop or revise risk models, appetite statements, and assessment criteria. Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior stakeholders and governance committees. Identify and address any gaps in existing risk controls and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable standards including conduct, consumer outcomes, and documentation obligations.
