Work closely with colleagues from the Housing Management and Asset Management services to collect relevant tenant information, develop strategies, consult with residents, and implement the strategies. Identify the needs of tenants to enable their involvement in building safety. Develop and promote engagement opportunities to support the development of a Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy. Consult with residents on engagement opportunities and building safety decisions. Assist colleagues in communicating with residents, including addressing language barriers and digital exclusion. Person Specification Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with residents and stakeholders. Good administrative skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective systems for managing information.
