This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing high-quality administrative and reception support within a structured and fast-paced environment.The RoleThe Administrator will act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and professionals, providing efficient reception and administrative services while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging reception and providing a professional front-of-house serviceAnswering and directing telephone calls and handling enquiries appropriatelyMaintaining accurate records and updating internal databasesPreparing documentation for admissions, inductions and risk managementProviding general administrative support to the wider teamOrganising meetings, agendas and taking minutes as requiredManaging post, stationery and office suppliesSupporting the use and maintenance of office equipmentMonitoring CCTV when requiredSupporting Health and Safety processes and record-keepingHandling confidential and sensitive information in line with proceduresActing as First Aider and Fire Warden (training provided)The Ideal CandidateYou will be calm, organised and confident ..... full job details .....
