We are recruiting a ChISVA to join our multidisciplinary team in Camden. Serving North Central London and influencing practice across the UK, The Lighthouse brings together police, health, psychology and advocacy in one child-centred, trauma-informed service. Our model improves recovery, health outcomes and children''s experience of the justice system. In these roles, you will provide direct advocacy and support to children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard, their rights understood, and their needs prioritised throughout the justice process. You will work closely with social workers, CAMHS clinicians, paediatric staff and NSPCC partners, contributing to holistic assessments, safety planning and trauma-informed interventions. You will also act as a key point of contact for families, helping them navigate the criminal justice system, understand available support, and access services safely. We are seeking trained ChISVAs with experience supporting children who have experienced trauma or abuse, strong safeguarding knowledge, and confidence working independently and as part of a team.
