Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills are Essential Excellent telephone manner Customer Service Operator - Responsibilities Answering calls and liaising with customers chasing bookings, delivery times and dealing with queries. Liaising with other pallet network depots to chase ETAs. Working with the Operations team to ensure that customers'' deliveries run smoothly and communicating any issues to customers in a timely and professional manner.
