About the Role

• Position: SEND Teaching Assistant

• Location: Primary School, OL2 - Oldham

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract: Full-time, long-term

Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to SEND pupils in the classroom and through tailored interventions

• Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver individual learning plans

• Encourage pupils'' progress, independence, and confidence

About You

• Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (essential)

• Experience: Previous SEND experience in a Primary School setting

• Personal Qualities: Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
