This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the pre-construction function within the business.The Role: Lead on estimating duties across a range of fit out projectsPrepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissionsManage pricing from initial enquiry through to submissionSupport with procurement activities where requiredAssist with light QS duties including valuations, payments, and raising orders (no heavy commercial/contractual workload) What They''re Looking For: Open to experience level: Junior/mid-level candidates with solid foundations and some support required, ORSenior estimators (10-15+ years) who can hit the ground running Must be able to work independently - limited capacity for intensive trainingStrong estimating background within fit out or similar sectorsPreferably an estimator by trade (not a career QS), to ensure long-term fit and retentionAbility to balance estimating responsibilities with some commercial awareness Salary and Package: Circa £40,000 - £55,000Potential flexibility for highly experienced candidatesHybrid working (office-based Monday-Thursday, work from home Friday)Flexible working hours around core business needs Why Apply?
