Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 1 years'' experience as a Town Planner Planner. A minimum of 3-5 years'' experience for Senior upwards. Proven ability to address both the general public and engage with council officers and committee members in public forums. In-depth knowledge of planning processes and regulations related to planning approval. Desirable: Degree in Planning or equivalent.
