The Corporate and Real Estate Tax Team comprises 15 lawyers across 13 offices, working closely with the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates, and Tax team. It is a friendly, cohesive team with excellent support at all levels.The team adopts an analytical yet commercial approach, supporting various corporate transactions, VAT, Stamp Duty, and SDLT planning. They include tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors providing pragmatic advice on situations ranging from owner-managed businesses, private equity, and unit trusts to properties and funds. This includes exit strategies, offshore structuring, group companies, employment tax, and remuneration planning.The Role

We are recruiting at all levels to strengthen our market-leading Corporate and Real Estate Tax team. We seek a specialist tax solicitor with over 2 years PQE, ideally experienced in advising on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, restructuring, SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes.Our firm promotes flexible working arrangements, ensuring everyone''s voice is heard and mutual respect is maintained.This role can be based in any of our 13 offices.Our Values
