Patons Insurance is a leading taxi insurance provider with branches in Glasgow, Stockton, Liverpool and Manchester. We are now looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. The Role You ll be the first point of contact for our customers by phone, email, online, or in person. Your role will focus on handling policy queries, mid-term adjustments and claims support while ensuring all processes follow FCA guidelines and our internal standards. This is a varied and people-focused role where clear communication and great service are key.
