We are seeking a Part-Time Corporate Accountant / Finance Manager to join a well-established global market leader. The role is Part-Time (c. 50% of full time hours) and offers full flexibly in working remotely. Description Prepare and review financial statements/statutory accounts in compliance with accounting standards.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.Stand alone role with extensive interaction across various teams and with external advisers including tax advisersMonitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.Overseeing external payroll provider for a small head office team (30 heads)Provide support in audits and liaise with external auditors.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Collaborate with the wider Accounting and Finance team to achieve departmental goals.Quarterly cost forecastingSupport with UK tax requirements (previous tax experience not essential) Profile To be considered you will be: Qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE.Likely trained in a top 20 / top 6 / Big 4 firm or have strong technical skills.Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Strong problem-solving ..... full job details .....
