This role is to support the operation of pilot plant equipment and carry out routine quality control checks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, technical environment. Full training provided for candidates with self-drive and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Independently run the production line from start to finish, ensuring caution and attention to detail at every stage - Operate and maintain site utilities, including water and gas systems, cooling systems, HVAC and electrical services - Monitor equipment performance and ensure it is maintained to a high standard - Carry out weekly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks - Support other teams when required - Contribute to Health and Safety, site security and general site upkeep - Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the facility - Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries - Work closely with the Plant Engineer to support equipment installation and maintenance Requirements: - Experience in a production, manufacturing, chemical handling or similar hands-on environment - Strong practical ability with a ..... full job details .....
