We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client''s team in their Warrington office. Responsibilities: To supervise, manage and advise on the financial and contractual aspects of multiple construction projects Liaise with other departments, including Land, Development and Construction Attend design meetings to advise on all areas that may have a cost implication Recognise and advise Site Managers on project delays, extensions of time, and loss and/or expense, ensuring all relevant notices are issued in accordance with contractual requirements Take part in meetings when required Receive initial tender information and assist in preparing proposed tender lists Requirements: HNC / HND in Surveying or equivalent Previous experience as a PQS / SQS / Commercial lead working within a residential house builder Good knowledge of building regulations and legal obligations Benefits: Company car, car allowance or travel allowance Up to 33 days annual leave + bank holidays Private medical insurance Life assurance (4 x annual salary) Share save scheme How to Apply: Please submit an up to date copy of your CV and one of the team will be in contact to discuss further. ..... full job details .....
