A Cover Supervisor is needed for a secondary school in the Consett area of Durham. This full time role is to start ASAP and will be ongoing. This role is to deliver work left by the teaching staff and encourage the positive behaviour of KS3 and KS4 pupils. This lovely school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers. The ideal Cover Supervisor candidate would: Have a passion to support the teaching of pupils in KS3 and KS4 Have excellent subject knowledge Have good behaviour management strategies Be able to organise themselves Be able to engage with children in a proactive way We are keen to hear from both experienced Cover Supervisors or ECT''s wishing to gain more experience working in schools . In addition, you must: • Provide two referees we can contact • Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
