Role Overview

As a Cold Roll Forming Operative on the afternoon shift, you''ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cold roll forming machines in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment.

Key Responsibilities for a cold roll forming operative

• Set up machines as per job specs
• Operate cold roll forming machinery to produce steel components
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet tolerances
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Adjust tooling and settings for different product types
• Keep accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Experience operating cold roll forming or similar machinery
• Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
• Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous)
• High attention to detail and quality
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Reliable, independent worker with strong time management
• Committed to working fixed afternoon shifts
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
