About the Role
We are recruiting a Site Engineering Manager for a leading FMCG business
You will lead the site engineering function, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift engineering team
• Drive planned, preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
• Improve uptime, reliability, and OEE
• Deliver CAPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure full H&S compliance across all engineering activity
• Work closely with production and quality teams

About You

• Engineering leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong multi-shift team management background
• Experience with Lean, CI, and maintenance systems
• CAPEX and budget management experience
• Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3)
• Strong H&S knowledge (IOSH/PUWER desirable)
