M4 Recruitment is seeking a permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their busy Industrial and Driving Division in Heathrow. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on high-volume temporary recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client job descriptions to understand role requirements

• Source candidates via job boards, internal databases, and social media

• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Book candidates for registration and face-to-face or video interviews

• Ensure candidates meet eligibility and experience criteria

• Build rapport with candidates while maintaining professionalism

• Engage in strong business development and client management

Working Hours-Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:30 Early finish on Fridays: 15:00

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Motivated and eager to grow professionally

• Strong telephone manner and organizational skills

• Tenacious and driven personality

• Previous experience in high-volume temp recruitment (Driving or Industrial sector) preferred

Salary26000 to -27,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
