Senior Quantity Surveyor

to provide commercial support to the project team on an

energy/utilities project at a substation in Melksham, Wiltshire .Work pattern: 3 days on site / 2 days hybrid.Responsibilities

Provide full commercial support to the project team.Manage change through the Compensation Event (CE) process.Prepare and submit monthly AFPs to the Client.Lead subcontractor procurement and management in line with NEC Subcontract form.Produce monthly reporting including CVR, application forecasting, and change management.Qualifications / Requirements

Proven experience as an SQS on NEC4 Option A contracts.Strong knowledge of change management and CE processes.Background in subcontractor procurement and management.Excellent communication, reporting, and forecasting skills.Location:
