Estimating Coordinator (Aerospace / Manufacturing)Join a fast-paced Commercial team in a key coordination role, supporting estimating activity and customer enquiries from initial RFQ through to order placement. You''ll interpret customer information such as drawings and Bills of Material, help shape bid responses, and set up the early-stage manufacturing plan in Kinetic MRP/ERP.What you''ll be doingAct as the main point of contact for customers on RFQs and general queries, providing timely updates and clear status reportingLog and manage enquiries within the ERP/CRM process, keeping bid registers and customer records accurate and currentReview technical and commercial details from customer packs (drawings/specifications/BOMs) and support quote preparationBuild high-level manufacturing routings and BOMs, including entering set and run times within Kinetic MRP/ERPCoordinate materials, tooling, associated goods and services (AGS) and outsourced processes as required to support accurate estimating and planningComplete contract reviews for new and repeat orders, ensuring documents are controlled in line with the company QMSWork closely with engineering, production and suppliers to resolve issues and confirm the most practical method of manufactureSupport quality and customer complaint activity (e.g., NCR/RCCA actions) and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesProvide cross-department support (including purchasing workflows) when required to maintain business ..... full job details .....
