About the Role

You will deliver dynamic and well-structured lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 depending on your experience. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, clarity, and commitment to every lesson.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach engaging Maths lessons that cater to varying abilities
• Track and assess student progress, providing regular, constructive feedback
• Create an inclusive, inspiring classroom environment
• Promote a growth mindset and encourage independent learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies
• Support all students to achieve and surpass their academic goals

Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent andndash; strong applicants without QTS but with strong subject knowledge will be considered
• Experienced in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus)
• Has a genuine passion for Mathematics and education
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Brings a team-oriented, proactive approach with a positive mindset
