Credit Controller - Insurance, The City, LondonMy client, an insurance company based in The City of London has a role for a permanent Credit Controller.Responsibilities

Chasing Brokers/Clients for funds due on insurance premiumsReporting - aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante).Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiumsMeeting with Underwriters and brokers and Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally and Externally)Resolving queries raised by the business and other departmentsEnsuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiumsKey Skills

Strong ability to use Microsoft OfficeAnalytical and Presentation skills that ensure information is appropriate for the audienceStrong Communication and persuasion skills with both internal and external stakeholdersYou MUST have strong insurance experience to include London Market/Lloyd''s Insurance sector and be able to work in the office 3 days per week.
