We are currently seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants for ad hoc cover work in local nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience, work flexibly, and make a difference in the lives of young children.

As this is a flexible position, you choose the days you''re available—perfect for those with other commitments or looking to supplement existing work.

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 0–5

• Support children’s development through engaging activities

• Follow safeguarding, EYFS, and health & safety procedures

• Work effectively with staff and parents

• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)

• Experience in a nursery or early years setting

• Assist with daily routines, play, and learning activities

• Support qualified staff in delivering high-quality childcare

• Ensure a clean, safe, and happy environment

• Build positive relationships with children and staff

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children

• Some childcare experience (formal or informal) preferred

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
