Compex Electrician (Contract) – £40/hour – Midlands & North

Multi Trades Recruitment is working on behalf of a national electrical company to recruit experienced Compex Electricians for an immediate-start contract role across the Midlands and North of England.

Job Overview

• Job Type: Contract - ongoing
• Pay: £40.00 per hour CIS
• Location: Midlands
• Hours: Day shifts (all work completed within working hours)
• PPE: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Install parcel locker systems on petrol forecourts (approx. 2 installs per day)
• Run and terminate cables from main distribution boards (DB)
• Carry out remedial electrical work where required
• Complete all installation documentation accurately
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
• Communicate effectively with on-site forecourt staff and head office teams

Requirements

• 2391 – Level 3 Award in Electrical Inspection & Testing (essential)
• SPA Gold Card (essential)
• Compex 07 & 08 (essential)
• Proven experience in electrical installation
• Ability to work independently in a mobile role
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Preferred:

• Own van
