Job Title : Customer Service Advisor Location : Huddersfield, UK Job Type : Full-time Salary : £12.00 per hour About the Role :We are looking for three motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Service team in Huddersfield. In this role, you will work both individually and collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include handling customer queries via phone and email, processing orders, managing administrative tasks, and checking stock levels. You will also work closely with our Product Team, Team Managers, and other departments to build and maintain a strong knowledge of our products. Working Hours : 8:30am - 5pm - 4 x Weekdays. 8:30am - 5pm - Saturday OR Sunday. Key Responsibilities : Customer Support: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance to customers. Take ownership of customer queries, striving for a first-call resolution whilst identifying and addressing any potential repeat issues. Maintain a positive attitude and a courteous, professional demeanour in all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. Brand Representation: Uphold and demonstrate the value of our brand and services at every customer interaction, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
